This same thing happened to me! I stood outside the theatre after seeing it the second time. Jon was soooo nice and stood talking to everyone and signing autographs, I got my picture taken with him too! and Lea came out, sort of smiled, signed five people's playbills and then went back inside and never came out again - despite the entire cast being outside chatting up a storm and posing for pictures. it was very strange.
