Can you just lounge it or do you have to be on it? I'm training one and he has a out of control canter and I can't get him to slow down without breaking "/
I would ride him, I feel that being in the saddle offers more aids to slow down then a lead line yanking at his face. You'll just have to ride it out.
@iluvmahorselakota what you have to do is keep on doing the canter then it starts to slow it down like if you can, keep on running your tennessee walker and i promise you it will start to slow down and be more in control i've known through experience.
