I like Duffy, but as a journalist myself, I agree that he should not have taken that Tory Senate seat. It casts a shadow over his entire career.

But Duff isn't alone. John Harvard in Manitoba, a popular long-time host of the Winnipeg news, was a Liberal MP. And of course Peter Kent ran for the Tories.

I like guys like Anderson Cooper and Lloyd Robertson. You'll never know what their leanings are.

Mike Duffy certainly gave CTV a bad name during his time there. Tom Clarke (host of Power Play) is a much better political news host.

Two Pigs in the PC trough! I am so disgusted that the CTV is so blatently Conservative and misleading. They should be made to claim every CTV newscast as a Conservative Campaign contribution.
