  • a standing backflip? i cant do.. i can on a hill.. a roundoff backflip?? i can straight tumble about 5 times no handed backflips.... :) see my channel for proof

    4. Keep in mind that backflips are explained in two easy steps. First you jump and when you're at your highest point you tuck. you kinda do both at the same time even though you dont tuck that much..

  • When I used to do acrobatics I learnt how to do backward walkovers but I don't know if and how I'd be able to throw myself back like that. I've always wanted to learn to do tumbling since I got into loving to watch it.

  • That was really good..it's easier if you jump straight up and when you feel like your as high as you can get force your knees to your chest and keep your head in , and then when you land pick a focal point to look at in front of you so you keep your chest up :) i don't know if you already knew that but those were the things that I noticed the most when you messed up .

  • I just learned how to do one from some trickers and the guy kept telling me not to bend my knees so much and to use my toes more. he said trickers have trouble connecting flips when they bend their because they just get stuck and lose momentum/power. hard to explain but definitely made it easier.

  • if you know how to back handspring then it will be easy for u to learn

  • straight your arms jump up vertical as much as possible..straight your arms like the legs in your flare...vertical jump and your knees do the flip than!!good job!!

  • just tuck more and u can do it easily

  • if u go up instead of just whipping back u will get alot more height and u will be able to do the move easier :D its good that u learned it in 1 day though it took me aggggggggeeeeeeesssss

  • omg I feel you bra. First time I got my backflips was a friends bday party. At the gymnastics club I practiced them and got them.
