Lionel must have put pressure on ol boy Joel Madden to finally put a ring on it. As an old school boy from the bible belt(Arkansas), Lionel Richie wasn't going to have an unwed daughter like that.
i think that's odd.. i mean 45.000 people are getting married on the same day and ofcourse even more elsewhere... so they all can celebrate their first/second/25th etc. marriageyear together! i don't know but then it's not a private/personal happening anymore.
