  • i like cooking now, my dad has been wanting me to cook for him. then i watch your video then i made them and he was like oh my god this is so good where did you learn to make this. i said, "Laura Vitale!"

  • just made them, really good, just like french fries without the oil !

  • By god, I HAVE TO try that! They look amazingly good! *-*

THEY LOOK SO CRISPY!!!!!!!!! AARRGGHHHH! I just had dinner but I wanna eat those potatoes RIGHT NOW! *o*

  • I was affraid my potatoes would be under salteded since Laura made that comment in her video so I added more. Big mistake! Stick to the recipe, but if you're watching your salt intake, put less. Otherwise the potatoes were great! I even added some sweet potatoes but they are not crunchy like yukon potatoes. My oven is a bit on the hot side I guess since my potatoes turn out a bit dark though I followed her cooking time 15 min on each side. This is something to watch out for.

  • Microwave queen

  • i love youuuuuuuu xxxxxxxxx

  • why u no peel the potatoes? D:

  • Excellent presentation!!!

  • @nevenias

  • This is unbeliavable!!! just unbeliavable…

  • I made these potatoes even without rosemary and I used Italian herbs instead with some sort of garlic spices and they were DEVINE!! Perfect potatoes I loved them, so did my sister who I made them with. Tomorrow I am going to make them with Rosemary! I bet they turn out just as good! Looking forwards to it already! I LOVE your video's Laura! Thanks for all your recipies!

  • we had an offer at the super market and 10 kg of potatoes cost 1 euro .

    i already bought 40 kg

now i have seen your recipe so i think i am gonna buy another 40 kg!

  • I know you must hate these types of questions, but does the type of potato matter? could i use russet potatoes?

  • Good recipe, but watch your wedges and be careful with the bake time. I burned my first batch :(

  • i bet her husband is going to become a fat ass..

  • @junjie01 No cause these are not friend, these are baked in the oven. Olive oil does not have any saturated fats and are full vegetable fats, which mean they are easy to burn down which means you don't gain weight if you don't overdo it.

  • i just want to go to her house and eat her poatoe so good my mouth is just druling

  • CAN U BE THE NEXT RACHEL RAY ?

  • im so lucky i have a rosemary plant in my front yard best flavor!

  • Que simpatica!!!!

  • Will you marry me? Please? You are gorgeous and a very talented chef! I love your recipes.

  • @Makousen,

    She's already married. :P

  • Thanks Laura!! it was delicious! man I'm so stuffed, I couldn't possibly get another piece of potato............maybe just one more XD

  • Went outside in the garden (which has snakes sometimes) late at night to get rosemary to make these and I CERTAINLY do not regret it.....mmmm so crispy, delicious and easy. Had my whole house smelling divine! No ketchup needed! Was perfect with a t-bone steak. Thanks Laura!

  • OH MUST YOU make me go outside in the garden in the dark to get some rosemary...

  • Yummy!!! That's the way I do them already!!!!

  • Lol Laura in the kitchen...natural habitat? Awesome recipe

  • I made these few days ago, tasted really yummy but they were little too oily for me. I guess Ill just use little bit of oil next time.

  • you said you wouldnt bother with garlic powder or garlic salt. Why not? I REALLY want to make this, but don't have granulated garlic (just powder and fresh). Also, can I use dried rosemary instead? If so, how much? Thanks hun. Keep up the great work :)

  • Great tutorial ...btw @ 7.20 the potatoes are popping -- how is it popping after you took it out of the ziplock bag ? Did you put them in the microwave again ?

  • @chittytherobot That was the pan that popped. Happens every time ;)

  • I liked the video and thanks for it, but, at the end, it looks like the potatoes are burned

  • @amacardo It's just browned. I've made them before, they don't have a burnt taste at all. I was upset when they came out like that too but they were actually fine.
