Katy Puckerick recommends Egoiste for women, she thinks it's sweet enough. Do I also see mens Brit by Burberry? Sometimes the men's versions smell better than the women's don't they? Have you tried "Pure Turquoise" by Ralph Lauren? It's kind of hard to find - they might have it at Perfumania, if you have one near you.

@LifeIsGoodies - No I haven't tried Pure Turquoise but I'd like to since you mentioned it. And yes a lot of men's versions appeal to me before the ladies. I haven't been to my Perfumania in a minute. I do have Burberry for men (it was my late husband's) and the women's version too. I haven't tried Egoiste for women either - I've got some work to do LOL so I can catch up. Thanks for stopping by. How many years have you been collecting? I have only started my collections last November. How many perfumes do you buy in a month? Do you ever regret buying any of you perfumes?

@lanimar3417 - I really started wearing perfume in elementary school. But I didn't start really collecting until I was like 19. Its been off and on for about 5 years since YT. I have no idea how many I buy a month, never paid it any attention. Some I regret but they may have the pretty bottle so I just hold onto them anyway. HTH. Thank you for stopping by.

do knockoffs last on your skin and how are the ones from the dollar store i'm thinkin abt tryin knockoffs. and do they smell close to the original

some do some don't its hit and miss to be honest...honestly, I think the ones from Walgreen's are really good and some of the knockoffs from boutiques and whatnot are pretty good...so give them a try...couldn't hurt. And then there's oils from your local beauty supply or flea market...some of those can be pretty good. lemme know how it goes...HTH.

oh and i just remembered a lot of times it all has to do with bases on your skin, like how oily it may be or your chemisty period as to whether or not it will last long or not. I spray in specific spots too which helps me. But always remember pulse points like the crook of the elbow, behind the ears, on the neck & wrists, and hair holds scent too... oh and on top of lotion that isn't heavily scented may hold them longer too. I used to when I was working full time. But sitting around the house doesn't warrant that much extra attention except being clean. I did however use some fragrance (2) today after my bath. I usually spruce up after a good bath. I'm single now so I just keep things to a minimum. I do however enjoy the fact that I earned every one of them when I was working and I love looking at the pretty bottles.

That is such an odd favorite considering how many you have! Its pretty inexpensive compared to some of your otheres. I have a Heavenly body lotion and the scent doesn't really work for me..

It's not odd to me, it happens to be their number one selling fragrance...but I know from most of what I have that everything I like doesn't always work on me. I don't consider the price that inexpensive compared to Joy maybe it is but not according to my wallet. It says "ouch" a little even when I'm splurging on myself but I will say that Sensuous by Estee Lauder is running a close second. Take care.

I am a perfumeaholic also! Everytime I go somewhere where they have perfume samples you can spray I'm there sniffing everything. I've even got my best friend into perfume now which she use to think was weird lol when I loved perfume and she didn't.

thanks, and the next time you go out *sniffing* those lovely scents don't forget to carry a container of coffee beans to clean your nasal passages or the scents start to run together after a minute or two. HTH. take care.
