Event makes great speakers. I've had a pair of 20/20s for over a decade.

@fhqwghads Can you mix other than Hip Hop n RnB on them?

Cause all I see in the revew of the new 20/20's are Dj's or Hip Hop mixers such.

I am mostly into ROCK/POP

@Zazquatch1 - The new 20/20s are good for virtually any mixing, they are a great set for all genres. The TR8s like I have (older model) over-compensate for very low bass tones a little bit, but they have an incredibly easy learning curve. Its like any speaker, different.

I love these. Not only for tracking and mixing but also for a total internet experience.

You just have to EQ them to the room a little. I had KRK''s but they didn't push air like these ones. I wish newbees would call them monitors instead of speakers. It just doesn't sound right.
