check out the laws in florida now. the punishments for doing a wheelie or endo is worse then most DUI's. Its completely ridiculous. I say if its a controlled wheelie its shouldnt be considered reckless. Right? I told a cop that once. It didnt go over good.

The problem is everyone who rides wheelies thinks they're doing "controlled" wheelies when many of them lose control of it...and people have been killed because of it. I don't think the punishment should be worse than DUI though...but they need to work with the riders to come to an agreement. Setup more areas where they can safely practice tricks or something...
