this was actually a good guide. and from an average sniper, not one of those "pro l33t" snipers. its always nice to see someone who can do their job, but not so full of their selves they cut out them dieing

many people say snipers in tf2 are harder to play in any other game. why?

@Icksnuck probably because of the extremely precise aiming you must employ, along with the constant pressure of all of your opponents trying to take you out. No other class has to worry about precise aiming.

@Icksnuck because in TF2 the hitboxes are fucked up and body shots don't 1shot when you quick scope, also the scouts have speed and when you jump and strafe, its hard to hit (unless your that good)

You're really good at aiming. But in my opinion you scope too much. If there would be a couple of spies you would get backstabbed in a minute :/

out of curiosity, where do you snipe from while defending the 3rd cap? i either stay near the pipes at the back or in the window above them

several places , one is that little corner near the pipes in that window. I also like to go upstairs and shoot out the window, but it really depends on where they are. I do not stay in the open and I try to find something to shelter me from other snipers.

How can you tell that the spy was the scout? Not just a coincidence?

Spy can not run as fast as scout.

Just think where you would predict where you'd take aim if you were the enemy and then avoid those spots
