actually she can go SSJ4, as the hybrid saiyans Gohan and Trunks had become SSJ4 in AF, but not Goten because he's too busy finding other romantic things during his constant dates to even take a glance at the moon. Even Goku Jr., a sixteenth of a saiyan, had gone SSJ4 by AF.

Now then, having said that, I think her SSJ4 is cute. And even in that form she can't hurt me, with her cute little fists flying at my face and- ah.. ok I at least felt that kick to the gut but that's about it.

Alright guys, lemme clear this up for you guys. Pan is capable of becoming a Super Saiyan and always has been. However, the animators for the series did not know how to animate her transformations or appearance for whatever reason. Their main problem was the hairstyle and more specificaly the level of spikyness of the hair. So they just pushed it aside and didnt bother.

okay, let me clear things up. Pan CAN go Super Saiyan (and most of the levels after) but the animators didn't really know how to animate her, so they never showed her in Super Saiyan. They didn't think a female SS would have the Uber Spiky hair, and some believed that they did.

The animators were deadlocked, thus they avoided the issue.

@Strubbagel no, anyone with saiyan blood can become a super saiyan. You're forgetting Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr, they both transformed at the end of GT and Goku Jr was Pans grandson.

Anyway for super saiyan 4 girls I'd give the older ones saiyan fur cleavage lol that would be pretty hot :-D

She has the potential to go to SSJ1, 2, and 3, but not 4 without a tail. I never saw her with a tail in any episode, including gt, so I think that tails are for half blooded saiyans or better. Unless maybe she used the blutz wave amplifier like bulma used on vegeta to make him ssj4... That might work...

I think everyone who's a fan of Pan would've loved to see her go Super Saiyan and really kick ass, she has so much wasted potential.

Also it's too bad that there's going to be no "what if" Characters in "Ultimate Tenkaichi" SSJ Pan would have made a great addition.

pan cant ever go super saiyan. cause only 100% saiyans and 50% saiyans can go super saiyans. and gohan was a 50% so pan would be 25% saiyan and she wouldn't have enough saiyan blood. so pan is a 1/4 saiyan. only Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Gohan, and Goten can go SS well Bulla probably could to but she's a teenage girl.

@Strubbagel Did you watch the final episode of Dragonball GT. It shows Goku jr., Pans great grand son who undoubtedly goes supersaiyan against, you guessed it a Vegeta Jr. who also goes super saiyan. Therefore your percentage theory for saiyans has already been prooved wrong. Yes she herself doesn't go super saiyan I know that but Im just saying that the theory is wrong is all. I mean no offense by the way.

@Strubbagel anybody with saiyan blood can transform to any level besides super saiyan 4 if they dont have a tail, its all about power not genetics, goku Jr was like 10% saiyan and he could transform into a super saiyan without any problem, if you watch the GT movie till the end he may have gone super saiyan 2 right off the bat, considering the lightning bolts were blue, anyways saiyans are all about power not genetics....PLUS mystic gohan is WAAAAAY stronger than Goku at SSJ3 watch kid buu saga

@BiggieDrag actually it is genetics, it was stated by the man himself that you need at least 1/4 saiyan blood to be super any less is too deloed(i know i can't spell) to achieve that state, pan, and whatever children trucks and bra have are the last super saiyans, in fact that's what doesn't make sense that Goku jr. and vegeta jr.coudl do it at all
