Roger Staubach of course. I am almost 47 though while your bio reads your 29 so I grew up wathcing Staubach. He was 1 of 4 players to win the Heisman and Superbowl MVP. He led the Cowboys to their first SB victory and 5 SB appearances in the 70s. I think he would have done more but he had his commitment to the Navy first. I am retired Army myself.
