I think the .250-3000 is one of the best cartridges out there for hunting deer deer sized game. It has less recoil than a .243 Win.! The new 80gr TSX should perform very well indeed. There is only one problem with your video - it doesn't show a closeup of the rifle!

Where did you get the barrel for this rifle ? I want one of these (Spanish Mauser) rechamberd or re-barreled to 7.62x39. Any idaes on where to get such a barrell?

That's an awsome rifle, I own one that's dated 1921.

It's got a image of a crown with the words "fabrica de armas" and below that it reads "Ovideo" which I believe is the name of the manufacturer in Spain.

I own 2 savage 99s in .250 one is dated 1915, I have never even seen one in a bolt rifle, is it a 98
