the original track by Nexus 21 didn't sell as expected. Network Records/Nexus 21 hired Kevin Saunderson to remix the original. Kevin named His remix the "Innercity remix aka the Detroit Mixes., and hired Donna Black of Detroit was hired to re do the vocals and perform a rap on the remix. Once this very remix by Kevin Saunderson with vocals by Donna Black was released, it was played through out Europe and is it is this very 'REMIX" that is known as "A Early Classic Techno Track. Detroit !!!

Mark Archer and Chris Peat from Stafford, England, had already worked together on various releases on the Blue Chip label when they finally teamed up as a duo and formed C&M Connection in 1989. After only one 12 release, "Another Night", they gave up that name and became Nexus 21.

The first Nexus 21 release was "(Still) Life Keeps Moving", a vocal techno tune today regarded as an early classic.
