That didn't make sense. If she doesn't consider herself an A lister then she would know that you didn't have to be one to afford it. So she must be saying she's an A lister in the commercial.

@Abbyviki True, but i think the definition of being an ALister in her eyes is how the public responds to you. As well as how popular you are, she's going to constantly be hated but that might be the same thing that will give her the publicity she wants. The suck it Jesus thing really helped her out..
