You must place realizing your vision, having every detaii in place, achieving the highest quality before all else. If people think you are unpleasant, pushy, demanding or unreasonable you can live with it. What you cannot live with is leaving a legacy of music, of film, of writing, of dance, of ANYTHING, that is less than the best you know you can achieve and leave to the world.
