  • I just learned of this but it seems I'm at 300 points xD I can do 25 pull ups, I run 3 miles in 17 minutes and I can do 77 push ups at once :p

  • This is just a Marine Corps PFT, just max pull ups is 20 for points, and its 100 sit ups in 2 mins to score 100 points, not push ups.

  • I got 230

  • easy as shit :D what about a TSC 1000? :D

  • Well it's too cold for me to go run...But I did 20 pull-ups and 50 push-ups....Maybe I'm not fit as these other guys that say they can do it....I thought doing 20 pull-ups was pretty difficult.

  • But, what if you do more than 50 pushups, do you get more points for that or does it stop at 50.

  • Do you do it every day or once a weeek?

  • @veggiehammer90 It's a fitness test that you do once per week.

  • i got 260

  • is this the PFT???

  • im 14 and i scored 300 the first time i did this ,but i do army cdts so that probely helped me a bit but over all very easy i did 72 press ups 22 pull ups and i did the 3 miles in 17 mins 19 scs ,wasent that hard x

  • 6 minute mile x3 seems a bit difficult to me?

  • @DiamondBreed 6 minute mile equates to an 18:36 5k running time. It is very hard for even an avid racer to break 19 minutes. I'm rather slow at running, 21:30 5k pace so I'd be happy to break 20:00. I guess no 300 points for me.

  • Maxed out 20 pull ups 100 push ups 3 mile run in 17 min. To easy but crispy workout

  • 6 minute miles are NOT common. Even avid runners have issues with three consecutive 6 minute miles. That pace is a little over 1 minute off of Olympic running times for the 5k. Seems like 21:00 is realistic for a challenge for men and 24:00 for women.

  • too easy

  • Passed. :) I feel good.

  • it's really quite impossible but possible! I've at least have to go through 15 weeks or so to get that 300 points. for me now 13 pull ups, at least 35 push ups even before the chips ups and running 9.23 at max killing speed of 1.5miles. but i might take up the challenge to kill the Heart of A champion. I think its not about hitting 300 points, but the determination to get to the 300 points and not giving up that is the REWARD! Which you can apply to everyday life! No matter work, play or love!

  • this speech is really motivating im starting doing this exercises :)

  • Yeah he is, top form is 5 min mile

  • Bullshit, u ain't running a 16 minute 3 mile...

  • hi, i work out like 5-6 times a week, and i've been doing that for like 3 years or something, i have what you would call a nice body. But there is one thing i don't get.. I'm always tired, i sleep like 10 hours every night, and when i wake up i could easily go back to sleep for like 2 more hours. I also have a problem with gaining weight fast. I eat alot, and i drink protein powder, sometimes i eat so much i feel like imma puke, and i still don't seem to gain a lot of weight...

  • @camfre4k and yes i eat the healthy food, such as chicken, pasta, fruit... any idea what could be the problem. i just turned 21...

  • @camfre4k You might want to keep an eye on portion control. It sounds like you're eating the right foods, but depending on how much you eat in one sitting, it can definitely weigh you down and tire you out. Try and figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate (online calculators are abundant) and add a few hundred calories to it, if you're vigorously active. Then try and keep that number in the back of your mind and try to split those calories amongst your meals (4-5 meals is best)

  • @camfre4k Keep eating the good stuff, just switch the portions around so you don't eat an excessively large meal during the day; better to split that big meal into 2 or even 3. Keep eating every 2-3 hours so stay energized.

And 10 hours of sleep is wayyy too much, lol. 8 hours is the optimal number; more or less will likely have you feeling groggy. Best of luck!

  • I can max chin ups

  • 294 points... 3 miles in 19 mins...

  • Comment removed

  • Does it matter if I start with the cardio first? I like being already warmed up when i do the pull - and push ups. I am now on day 15 and I can already see the results. I got stronger, my stomach flatter. But this isn't the best part. I really FEEL good. I am full of energy during the whole day, i can feel the vitality pumping thorugh my veins &my will is stronger. It has also become easy to do unpleasant things (paying bills) which I usually postponed till late. This challenge is just great!

  • @mynameisbastardson Keep Crushing it. You should warm-up before you do the pull-ups and the push-ups and then do the run last. If you give max effort on your run, you'll probably be too spent to get a great score on your pushes and pulls. Best, CK.

  • My strength is definitely unbalanced...

Only around ~5/6 chin ups, >60 wide pushups, ~25 narrow pushups.

  • Maxed out the pull-ups and pushups but that run is a bitch!!!

  • Bought n started the program 2 weeks ago, since then I've lost 15lbs, I'm noticing results already, got a lot more to do but feeling great. Thanks CK

  • pullups 15

    pushups 80

    3 mile 19:40,

i have a ways to go

  • hi i been doing this since i was in school it is amazing thanks :)

  • what do you do if you dont get 300

  • @MyAquariumLife You get started on the TSC Heart of a Champion Program and improve your fitness and increase your score. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge I'm 12, I got 300, is that good :P

  • lets see:

    3 mile run: 16:00

    Pushups: 50

    pullups: 12

    :D

    im close

  • I'm sure an Olympic wrestler could do this. That being said, I need to build my way up to this! :D

How many people can honestly say that they are able to do this? Not many, so I want to be one of those people. :) Wish me luck!

  • 20 pull ups = no problem , 50 push ups = no problem , 4,8km in 18 min = not tryed :D

  • are you running at the pace to get max points on the run? cause it looks way slower than 6 minute miles..

  • Comment removed

  • if i were to do it tomorrow id hit around 282. max push ups/pull ups, the running would be tough without working up to it lol. -us infantrymen

  • it's definitely a great workout. i'm probably just biased as a rower, but i think a 2k test on an erg is a hell of a lot more painful. breaking 6 minutes would definitely get you a 300, but it'll take some time before i get there

  • i just did wohoo~

  • The marines pt is very much the same, only there is no push ups and there is crunches instead. to get 100% its 20 pullups, 100 crunches, and 3 miles in 18 mins.

  • @TSuperChallenge i got the program but when i get tired how do i push through fatigue

  • does narrow-grip pull ups (chin ups) train your back? Please answer

  • @MrFassa no

  • @xlvxjang Are you 100% sure?

  • @MrFassa Actually no, but chin-ups I use for working out biceps. There are other types of pull-ups used for specially hitting back muscle groups.

  • Hey I think what you are doing is great , specially demystifying fitness and bogus "AB machines" , just wanted to ask you how often should I do this challenge , once a week ? twice a week ? let me know I am exciting to do my first challenge to evaluate my fitness level and build up of course to a perfect 300 point , thanks once again and I hope to get your response soon

  • @MrGefolgshaft Just once a week, usually on Saturdays. During the week you need to crush the Heart of a Champion program. CK.

  • well im glad to know i can already ace this test

  • @svtcobra1992 That's great you should post a video of yourself scoring 300.

  • you say an Olympic athlete cant do this if he tried the next day, but i scored 300 points the first time i tried this and im just an aussie grunt. this is just above average fitness in the army, I can guarentee you an olympic athlete could ACE this competition even if you gave it to him in the middle of the night after a night out drinking

  • @WhoDaresWins1189 That is simply false. There are a lot of different sports and events at the Olympics and many athletes are simply not built or trained to pass this test. A world record holder in the discuss or shot-put doesn't have the cardio to max the run and is also probably too heavy to max the pull-ups. Other athletes would lack the upper body stamina to max to the pull-ups, being an Olympic caliber skater, skier, or tennis player doesn't mean that you can do 20 pullups.

  • @TSuperChallenge U wanna bet that nadal 20 pull ups can nail them with 1 arm?!? Of course if you take a snooker player might not be able to do 20 pull ups, but you clearly refers to "athlete" in this kind of discipline..

  • all this is, is the marine and army physical fitness test..........nice name though

  • LOL i can do 50 push ups easy, but i cant do a single pull up. I fail.

  • im 15 years old and im do 40 push ups :D and every week they can be more ! so is it good or bad ?

  • @jumpalex96 I'm nineteen now and at your age i could do 6 at one point. SO yes 40 is good but keep in mind taht you are probably still quite light.

  • i feel like adding crunches and squats would make it a much better way to measure and improve fitness

  • nice 05:50

  • can i run first then do pull ups and push ups?

  • what can i eat when i doing this training ?

  • pissed the push up and pull coz I done p90x but running 3miles in 18 mins can't do my best is 22mins 36seconds

  • I can do 80 push ups; 30 pullups but I run 2 mile run in 12 minutes. I've never tried 3 miles, but I'm going to have to start running 6 miles a day... lol, no time though.

  • thats a 6 min mile thats insane to keep that fast of a pace for 3 miles.

  • If I were to run a 10k as oppose to a 3mi run how would the score scale look like?

  • Start to play somekind of sports, helps DAMN much. I play handball because it's fun and keeps you fit. Seriously, doing something fun, with your friends, getting fit, could it be better?

  • Wii I can do 25 push ups, but the pullups, they are impossible for me now! How can I practise to manage to do pullups, without doing pullups? I just manage if I jump up now, and that's not a real pullup, is it? :p

  • @utuberbra check out the channel called Scooby1961 he has guide on how to do a pullup for beginners from 0.

  • Oh my god! This is not just TSC, This is making every single male body irresistable! Wow I'm in love with those bodies!!!!

  • i like hotdogs, can i still eat hot dogs and chips during the week?

  • damn i can do 25 pull-ups ... but not even 50 push ups -.-

  • @Stauffenberg93 lol youre pretty weak with pushups.haha

  • Is there any way other than pullup and pushup to gain muscle? I can do both as many time as I want because i'm skiny and i never seems to gain muscles... my body is against me..

  • iv past the 300 points chriss im on the 600 chalange now witch is 40 pull ups 100 press ups and running for 32 minutes

  • you look like seth rogan with that beard.

  • I was out drinking jack daniels and did this to win a bet

  • @freshchoresh you are interpreting it too restrictly. Not all athletes are runners.

  • with the running bit,3 miles in 18min not me no way.ive been running about 3 years and have no access to a track,i run cross country,undulating-hilly-muddy,windy slows you down plus i weight 91kg @ 6ft 1in as well thats not light for running.i do pull ups=press ups in sets of 3 or more as meny as i can do,i do my own work out what works for me.i think following other workout you lose intrest if its too hard or you get bored, find your own way its a lot more fun and dont do it on stricked days

  • and all of you guys - don't forget that you also have to stay extremely healthy when want to achieve such a results&want to get better!! this is like 60-70% of success!!!!!!

  • wat is CK??

  • i did all this and got all 300 points

  • I thought this was pritty basic... If you can get the 300 points... you're little better than mediocre

  • This is easy

  • im 14 and was wondering if im too young to start this. I play wrestling and football sports in highschool. Will this affect that at all?

  • three six min miles in a row?? That's intimidating.. and i ran four miles b4 wrestling practice for warm up...

  • this is pretty much a USMC PT test; except we don't do push ups, we do sit-ups (max 100; 1 pt each)

  • this is an easy day... is there an advance program with this?

  • i had started getting back into my vigorous workout and an now having severe pain in my left knee when I hold stand on it or lift it a certain way =( I will not give up. I'll just switch to cycling to take the pressure off. IM MAKING IT HAPPEN!!

  • if im a 14 year old kid how manu should I do 20 ?

  • weird but i can do about 115 pushups straight and only do like 6 -8 pullups tops

  • @pooopiepants At this point in my training, I've never really gone to complete muscular failure but I estimate that I could do at least 1000 push-ups with perfect form. I've noticed that when I've reached 400 push-ups my hands go numb, but my shoulders, triceps, biceps, upper back, and chest are still holding up pretty well. Like you, I think that I'm a bit challenged in the pull-up department.

  • why CK. ?

  • The song at the end was gay....

  • this is just like a marine corps PFT

  • thank you very much

  • i can do 19 pullups and around 70 pushups...are you really saying that my body type is off just because i dont need to stop at 60 pushups?

  • @aroochild i think he just means that your chest/tri muscles are much stronger than your back muscles. He said its due to excessive bodyweight OR muscle strength imbalance. You probably have the latter

  • the marine corps has this same exact test called the PFT except 100 sit ups instead of 50 pushups. i always get a 285 or higher cause this is not that hard.

  • I'm new in the program and I want to know...for the variation of the narrow-pull I can do pull-ups but how much? I can't really do 51 pull-ups the first time so I do as many as possible? in chin-ups or pull-ups or one AMAP of each?

  • I plan on getting it :)

  • Hey CK I'm just wondering what kind of training is the tsc program

  • I feel like theres a host of olympic and professional athletes that could accomplish this.

  • im going to do this with my kids

  • ALSO...how many times a day, week or month do we do this????

  • @xXEZZAXx101 Just on Saturdays. During the week you need to crush the program. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge uggghh i dont get it i do 60 sit ups every day and i run allot but i only have two abs... and those abbs look crazy good but i want more abbs whats happening???? and what can i do

  • @TSuperChallenge so 4,8km in 18:00minutes ;)

  • if you can do 50 push ups and be able to score about 90-100 at the 3 mile running but you can only do 1 or 2 pull ups, what do you hane to do

  • does he say 'thirty hundred challenge' at 1 min?? cunfused

  • "You can you a treadmill" lol

    Great vid.

  • I RUN A MILE ONCE A WEEK AND DONT LOOSE MUCH

  • @mylongboardexp A mile a week?

That is going to do nothing.

If you really want to notice differences run 3 miles at least and try 3 times a week to start with.

  • This is not a bad training system but it is good for general fitness.I think most men would prefer something that would help them build lots of muscle ,along the lines of bodybuilding training.More weights, less cardio.

  • What if you think the test is to easy? As I fell a lot think it is, including me. Should you just keep pushing yourself maybe? And try like 400 points or 500?

  • Thats easy wtc??

    20 pull ups= easy

    50 push ups= easy

3 miles= easy (if youre not fat and lazy)

  • @ZachLittleHQ 50 push ups? medium, not easy

  • I did this test this morning before going on my fitness regime. I haven't been able to do any working out since my knee operations(I blew out both ACL's) I'm 5'8" and weigh 150kg. I've had my skeletal structure measured for an ideal weight and it has come out at 95kg. Gonna be a long haul. Anywho for the test. The pull ups 5 points. The push ups 40 points. The run 8 points. So as a base of 53/300 I can only get better from here.

  • ohhhhh so your saying this is just the "end of the week test" and it has nothing to do with whats on the TSC HOAC program and that they are two separate deals?

  • @777c777 This is a weekly test that measure your improvement. The training and nutrition that you follow during the week is what makes your fitter, faster, and stronger. CK.

  • I don't understand because I' dont spek English well.. How many times weekly should I do that? one?

  • i did 60 push-ups last summer ^^

  • who would mug you while jogging? :P you have nothing on you apart from a stopwatch/watch or possibly a ipod... :P

  • what did you eat while you did the 300 challenge ? cuz i will try to do this but i dont now what to eat ? sorry for the bad english

  • 2/3 of this 300 challenge is my PFT for the marine corps.

  • how many times u need to do this in the week i am try'n it saturday i am 15 year since an week then so i need to know how much i need to do or can do so i dont get injure'd :) i weight like 55 kg and im 1,65 -1,70 tall

  • how many times u need to do this in the week i am try'n it saturday i am 15 year since an week then so i need to know how much i need to do or can do so i dont get injure'd :)

  • @sadanspel You do this test on Saturday. The rest of the week you train with the TSC Heart of a Champion Program. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge ok ty

  • hi i am 15 years old and i did 15 pull ups , 50 push ups and i have 80 kg or 176 lbs ,and 1.62 tall. what do you suggest , may i do this exercises or not ? sorry for my english :S

  • this is tough but i didnt find it very challenging.. im 160 lbs i do a max set of 30 pull ups, push ups are to easy for me i can almost get 100 in a min, and i have a 3 mile run time at 17:40 is there anything more challenging?? for you other guys dont be discouraged by my comment keep training and practice theres always room for improvement

  • Have you ever heard about a training studio?

  • Hey Ck, im 18 years old and im 5.5feet and 121.25pounds, i have ripped abs and almost no chest, i have a hole in my chest, right in the middle of my pectorals, i dont know what kind of workout or nutrician i should do...

i want to be strong but not so buffed, im kind of small and it wont look good if i get all gorila like....

    help me man.

  • i did 21 pull ups, 45 push ups, but couldn't even finish the 3mile run, let alone doing it under 18 min.

  • @botrjez Crush the program and I bet you score over 280 in ten weeks.

  • @botrjez weak heart then. Try 1 mile then 2 and so on. It's pretty obvious :P

  • my problem is i cant run due to an old knee injury but i can swim skip use the cross trainer etc .. what would the best substitute be for the jogging?

  • @Bodybuddha Rowing, swimming or cycling.

  • Hey chris,

I did the test and i did 80 push ups,25 pull ups and run the 3 miles in 16:24 i think this program could have a little upgrade cause the only thing wich is hard is the running part. I would love to have a more advanced test to be pushed to my limits.

    Thanks for reading.

  • @eslalex1 How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

  • hello CK i'm from argentina , can i get the program??

Does this really work? i'm 18 and i'm a skinny guy with a little belly .I want my muscles to get bigger and get rid of that belly! Can i achieve that goal in 70 days?.

    thanks for your time.

  • @danieluan89 Crush the program and make it happen. You will see amazing results in 70 days. The link is in the first line of the video info. There are TSCers making it happen all over the world. Including many in Argentina.

  • @TSuperChallenge Hey, I'm a rower at my highschool. I row every day for 3 hours. I erg, run, etc. I don't lift a lot though so my arms are kind of small. And my pecs are bad. Will the challenge help me?

  • gota werk owt!

  • Good God, 3 miles in 18 minutes?!! That's what? 10mph non stop. That's pretty tough I think.

  • I ran cross country for about two years and my fastest 3-mile (on a track) was around 18:20. This makes me feel like an 18 minute 3-mile is out of proportion fitness-wise with 50 push-ups and 20 pull-ups.

  • @GetOutOfMyYard well most people cant do 50 pushups or 20 pullups as well as the 18:00 3 mile... it seems perfectly proportional to me

  • explain.. i can do well over 100 pushups and only about 20 pull ups. how come?

  • Damn i love beeing a hardcore cross country runner... this is easy

  • is this a twice a week thing? how many times a week. 4,5,6??

  • @sepdub2622 It's a once weekly fitness test. You train with the TSC Heart of a Champion Program during the week and test yourself on the weekend with the 300 challenge. Make it happen. CK.

  • @TSuperChallenge hey i m rlly a hardgainer^^ sould i do situps excapt running?

  • also, whats your knowledge on the m100 work out, is that a good fat burning cardio workout?

  • i can do 10 pull ups (chin ups) 25 push ups, but i cant run 3 miles lol, for some reason when i get close to a mile, my calfs cramp up, and im in near tears lol. and i do stretch b4 and after i run.

  • I tried this this weekend, did 22 pull ups (narrow, still counts?), 50 push ups, but couldn't finish the three miles in less than 29 minutes! really hard to do. How is one supposed to perform this? I mean running 3 miles in 18 minutes implies running at at least 10 miles an hour during the whole time!! this can't be right? do you run at this pace the whole time, or faster with breaks or..?

  • @azazaz333 Follow the TSC Heart of a Champion Program and you will improve every week. Also, do it outside if possible, not on a treadmill. CK.

  • @azazaz333 It's a matter of training, nothing else. No matter how out of shape I am, I can always run 3 miles under 29 minutes because I've got a slim build - but I struggle with strength&explosiveness.

The best way to improve my time for me is to run the distance (in this case, 3 miles) 3 to 4 times a week. Try to feel how fast you can go without taking breaks. Eventually, you'll get used to the strain and be able to run faster.

    Good luck!

  • Whoops - to do it under 18:00, I have to be in shape. For that time I'd need one or two weeks of preparation - my usual training is suited to badminton with intervals of 2min max. If you have a broad/heavy build, 18 minutes are not easy, so don't be discouraged if you need a long time to manage it :)

  • @azazaz333 No one in my platoon does under 13 minutes for the two mile run. Try for a 7-8 minute pace.

  • @azazaz333 haha that is what
