@PapaImpact - no, before you kill them you use the item on them returning the item to their inventory, then you kill them, since the greater worth is on the dragon scim, he'll drop the phat...but i think its been patched..btw im not TheGameKid1996 lol
@TheGeck777 from what i've heard it doesnt work anymore, and it would be hard to get the person to come into the wild, considering the bug is a bit more complicated than just jumping over the ditch.
Tella noob with phat youll pay him with 10m if you help him with a rs vid. Borrow his phat. Tell him to get a dragon scimitar. Tell him to use protect one item if i you try to kill him. go to 51 wildy from lever in edgeville. say protect item now. he protects. tell him to attack you with his fists. once he attacks, say now "i hav to kill u for this this is why i made u protect item". He'll say okay. Then once hes like 1 hp u use the lended phat on him and itll put it back in his inventory.

Then the protect item will only protect the scim, he dropps the phat...free phat..works with anything expensive. santa, h'ween mask..

@TheGeck777 Would not work, borrowed items are completely different items, and when you die with them they are returned to the owner
