  • Jennifer: After making this recipe I can no longer keep this marinara in the house. We have this two or three times a week. I have shared your recipe with friends and now they are making this recipe.

Just letting you know you are making a real difference with many people.

  • I was very impressed with this and then I started to wonder about Alfredo sauce. How does one make Vegan Alfredo sauce without dairy and I found the best recipe that I can't wait to try. Look up RawNani!!! looks like the real thing! I've seen other Vegan Alfredos but hers seems to be the best.

  • I want that spiraler so bad :)

  • @applesmoothiee I just got mine off of Amazon for $18!! Seeing this has really changed my view on going vegan. I have her book and I had no idea there were so many tasty alternatives to eating the bad stuff. My only complaint is it's much more expensive to eat healthy so I am about to start my own organic vegetable and herb garden.

  • @PhantomLyric Hi I do get comments from friends about the expense of purchasing organic produce. My reply is: "What price will you pay significantly reducing your cancer and heart disease risk?"

I too am making a large raised bed garden in my back yard. If anyone is serious about gardening perhaps we might share acquired information?

  • @applesmoothiee Seriously consider this product: World Cuisine 48297-99 Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer. I found it on Amazon in the home and kitchen section. It is amazing! Be warned about the cutting edge. It is impossibly sharp.

  • OMG this looks awesome. I am in transition to become a vegan and this is the type of recipes I need. As a meat eater, I enjoyed Italian but hated feeling gross afterward. I can't wait to try these recipes!

  • I use this to make my raw pasta. It is excellent. Find it on AMAZON. World Cuisine 48297-99 Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer

  • Wonderful!!

  • If you are using canned sun dried tomatoes, is it still all raw?

  • Greetings from Austria/Europe. Since i´ve tried your Spaghetti, i guess a half year ago, i was so exited - i´m on a vegan raw food diet :)

  • I had no courgette so i roasted some aubergine made the sauce just basic, tomato, pepper, sun dried tomatoes (in sunflower oil), garlic, no salt or seasoning, and it tasted absoloutley amazing, you would think you could have some potato chips (crisps) with it as well. Amazing sauce. In addition it is the first sauce i have ever made!

  • Looks delish..I have to try it!!!

  • I'm going to eat this for dinner. oh my gosh. It looks AMAZING.

  • @italktofish It IS amazing!

  • this is SOOOOOO Yummy!! I eat this at least 3 times a week,,

  • I really enjoyed this video. I can see that you are very passionate about food and your good attitude made this video much better. Thank you.

  • This is so helpful. When I first went raw I was really confused on what to eat for dinner. Everyone else always talks about breakfast and lunch but no one ever has any entres that you can sit around a table and eat. Thanks

  • Super delicious!

  • love your vids! extremely helpful on my vegan journey!!!!!

  • I honestly couldn't believe how tasty this dish is. It's moves to the top of my favorite foods. Delicious!!

  • This meal is ridiculous in many ways. Ridiculously easy, ridiculously inexpensive, and ridiculously tasty. Thanks!!

  • OMG I could eat 10lbs of this in one sitting! I love the internet!

  • you're delightful

  • Is there anything I can use to substitute as the sun dried tomatoes?

  • Thank you for this delicious recipe! I just started making my own videos on raw food. I want to bring awareness to Raw Food and all of it's benefits. So many people don't even know what Raw is!!

  • I'm going to fix this tomorrow!!

  • 7:38 no sauce in the spoon that missed :DD

    nc recipe btw

  • being allergic to wheat, I am so glad to see this!

  • just bought my spiral slicer..going to try this very soon :-)

  • can use the food dehydrator to make those herbs yourself, powder and place in

  • I'm going to make this dish this weekend!

  • you should have your own cooking channel :)

  • THE BEST RAW DISH EVER TRIED!

  • I just made this, except fettuccini style with the vegetable peeler since I don't have a spiral cutter. I was amazed at how flavorful the sauce was. I was not expecting a raw dish to be so good! It didn't really taste raw. I could really get into dishes like this to supplement less palatable green smoothies.

  • I am new to raw foods, and I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of this recipe. I can't wait to try it. My mouth was watering just watching it be prepared!

  • ok i made this last night -i was skeptical - being italian i was like uhhhh yeah right - first of all i didnt have fresh tomatoes on hand i did however have organic chopped tomatoes in a can so i used that, secondly i used semi dried not full sun dried just cause i like the tatse and i omitted the red peppers and cayenne and added 1tblsp of tomato paste that i had.... and OMG.... it was amazing!!!! thankyou so much :)

  • @loulouproductions Good thing you Italians know pasta really well. If you compare this to real pasta, then it must be good.

  • omg this is so cool!! i wonder where you can buy that gadget that turns the zucchini into angel hair?

  • @TwinkleStar33ruffie Ebay is a really good place to get things like this for cheap.

  • soooooo cool!

  • ive tried that today. yummy! :D

  • she is definitely in loooove with what she does...that is great to see.

  • If I pack this for lunch, how long would the freshness last?

  • Comment removed

  • I liked your video very much.

  • i love my spiral slicer!!!

  • Wow, what a great recipe and I love your presentation Jennifer. I ordered your book the second I saw the end of the video through Amazon. Can't wait to get it!!!!!! Y ou RAWK!!!

  • Brilliant! I love these kinds of tricks!

  • Soy de Argentina ! Muy bueno lo que hace esta mujer ! Increíble ! Thanks ! Además, trasmite una buena energía y buena onda muy linda. Te llega. Kisses. Ornela.

  • Sounds delicious, but I would HATE to eat it cold like that. Ew!

  • Looks really delicious :)

But I can stand the taste of red peppers (that and sellery is about the only thing I dont eat). Is there something I could do to substitue the peppers? Use tomatoes that are more sweet or mature or something?

  • This is wonderful I got to try it but I dont have the spiral slicer and Iam glad she said it taste just as good warmed up.

  • That looked great...And it's easier than I thought. I'm definitely going to try that.

  • i made this today and i simply love itttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I noticed when I made this (I used the spiralizer) that the "noodles" were a little crunchy. For myself I don't mind but I want to cook this for my stubborn diabetic parents. I'd like to make the noodles a little softer, more like chewy pasta. Any ideas?

  • @lpsnowchic21 Soak and massage the noodles in a bit of olive oil and let them sit for about 30 minutes while you're making the rest of the dish.

  • @Nadiner71 The recipes are in her book and in the DVD as an insert. :)

  • definitely gonna try this

  • oh my god thank you so much,im 13 yr old catholic and i gave up meat including chicken for lent [40 days]and ive jus been starving lately

  • I was wondering how much of these spaghettis I could eat? I suppose portions are different in the raw food world than they are with normal spaghettis... thank y o much for your help :)

  • i just made a variation of this, it's delicious :)

  • @lpsnowchic21 what did you do ??

  • YOU ROCK!!! :)

  • This looks delicious. I love using vegetables for "pasta". I use a spiralizer for this, too.

  • I just made a version of this with what I had, I used a yellow pepper instead of red, and 1 medjool date instead of sundried tomatoes, I added a few extra herbs, and a few slices of hot pepper. AMAZING. This recipe is so good. I can't wait to let others try it.

  • Great recipe! Thanks.

  • Thank you for this wonderful recipe

    Johnnie

  • i cant explain you how i feel when i see you making dishes like this.they look so perfect,so similar to the origianl dishes! you are great and you inspire me..and of course you look so healthy and fit! thank you for all these recipes and advices!!

  • Fantastic video!

Now I know how easy it is to make veggie noodles by myself.

    Thanks a lot Jennifer.

  • Made this today, it's lovely, you're Godess :)

  • Both me and my mom have been vegan for one year after watching Earthlings which has helped us learn so much about the benefits of veganism. We are now transitioning into being raw! Anyways, I just made this... My mother and I absolutely love this! I threw some jalapeno peppers in the food processor as well for some flavor. We love the heat =) Thank you!

  • I thought the title was Zucchini Pasta with Marijuana Sauce!!!!

  • ! Yum all up

  • That looks amazing

  • This looks great! I would love to try it. I am not a raw food eater totally (well we are all slighty that...fruits and some nuts are raw!!) But I am wondering about protein and complex carbs for energy. Would this dish deliver??? Please respone because I really want to try it!!!

  • whoa mama that looks good! not to mention jam packed full of vitamins and nutrients. may i ask, although unrelated to your cooking, but are you vegetarian

    or vegan?

  • QUESTION: Would the vitamix do the same job as the food processor from this video?

  • I love your recipes and am a beginner raw foodist, but how do you make your hair so cute like that?? LOVE IT! :)

  • definitely eating this right now... Amazing. Raw foods help you feel so alive.

  • mmm, gotta go get a spiral thingy, that looks good!!

  • @melodiouscanopies

Oh man! I am eating this right now! So good, my dog loves the sauce too!

  • I have to thank you so much. I never thought of raw Zucchini as a pasta. I tried some zucchini raw and you were right now real taste but I liked it and I could see how this could work. I also wanted to say for those who don't want tomato all the time. You can make a sauce out of yogurt. Just add spices. This is for those who would want this. I want to check out more of what you have. I am trying to bring down my blood pressure and blood sugar naturally.

  • @WinkieShow Hey I am A type also. I plan on using yogurt. I don't know if you eat that. But if you used live culture it is so good for you. I make a dip out of mine. Onion powder, garlic and whatever spices you like. You can even use cheese, like farmers or fets or what ever if you still eat cheese.

  • Wonderful...Thank you so very much for the great videos!

  • This recipe started me on the journey to convert to RAW foods.........thanks Jennifer

  • wow, just made this as my first official raw entree...it is Amazing with some Rawmesan on top!

  • Excellent!

  • Thank you so much for this recipe it is my second raw meal i have cooked and it is so delicious. I have been skeptical about being able to go raw because what i was doing was just eating salads and never being full. I am loving this meal and may you be blessed for blessing others. Thank you so much !!

  • @yahweh7107 Yes, eating just salads will not be grounding enough. There needs to be a variety of dense foods in the mix. This recipe by Jennifer is one of her most popular, and it is very filling. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

    Larry (I produced the video)

  • @yahweh7107 Good for you! I'm going raw too!

  • @yahweh7107 Shalom I am just starting my raw diet so I understand about the salads. How is your transition going

  • Can you use a blender instead of the food processor ?

  • @Aniketos00 i used a blendtec and just set it to pulse. kept it chunky and it's amazing.

  • how old are you if you dont mind me asking, you look so vibrant, and youthful just the healthy glow behind your eyes is striking

  • now that looks good i want 2 try that

  • I love spiralized zucchini! I make it a lot during the summer, but I use a simpler sauce of just tomatoes, mangoes, and cilantro. It's out of this world delicious and healthy. :)

  • The sauce recipe is great! Will it be a big deal if I skip the red pepper? I have a sensitivity to it.

  • Hmm, I just tried the recipe and it was delicious but I didn't use any salt and I added more cayenne, replaced the dried herbs with fresh and replaced the olive oil with organic extra virgin olive oil cold pressed.

  • if you heat up the sauce, isn't it not raw?

  • @muzicluva000 Just not above 112 degrees.

  • @LarryCook333 and that would be ca 60 in celsius as

  • @muzicluva000 as long as you dont heat it above 115 Fahrenheit

  • I recommend to drain the pre-soaked sundried tomatoes after soaking in water otherwise the sauce is watery, i like her advice on reducing fresh garlic cuz it can be strong ~ very fun recipe and Less carbohydrates/ Less carlories

  • added spinach or kale is great way to hide extra dark leafy greens into a meal too:) can't taste them

  • this looks great! I can't wait to try it in my new journey!

  • This was absolutely delicious! I will make this regularly. Thank you so much for the great video and recipe. I am new to raw and I think I might have to buy your book now!

  • This is SO COOL!! i need a spiralizer ;)

  • great idea to warm the sauce up a little over body temperature and to stir the heat in evenly. ( this will help in the winter months)

    thanks for that : P

  • i love you Jennifer , your Recipes are soo great

  • we love zucchini pasta....pesto, marinara, alfredo, thai sauce, so many raw options!!! thanks for video. From, Jason and Pia (Welovesuperfoods website)

  • y not use the skin?

  • Thats so neat ,I most try this dish.

  • I'm going to make mine with yellow zuccini...i think they taste better and asthetically will resemble spaghetti better. And in addition to the red bell pepper a raw jalapeno for extra depth of flavor n heat!

just got my spiral slicer so making it tonight!

  • I finally tried this recipe and omg its sooooo delicious and I was not tired like regular pasta.

  • @DjK8087 Yes, one feels a lot better than after eating ordinary pasta. You feel it's healthy. :D

  • @whitbyjet65 So do I, haha! When I eat at an Italian restaurant, I explicitly order my dishes without. (To the cook's disgrace.)

I have always thought I was the only one!

  • it looks amazing! she is so adorable!! and good presenter!

  • Sounds absolutely delicious! Cant wait to go grocery shopping for the ingredients!

  • Red bell pepper that's what I was missing...I made this, the pasta was awesome but the sauce had a sort of metallic taste, something I've been taught to associate with undercooked tomatoes...so I broke and boiled it for a few minutes :/ ...but I'm gonna try this next time ...oh and I used a blender so it came out a pasty red..

it was delicious cooked though :)

  • Yum!

  • wow! i tried this yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! It was actually my very first raw food meal! Delicious! Quick, Easy, and Inexpensive. Thank you!

  • Is Zucchini the only Vegatable that this can be done with? I mean made into looking like pasta?

  • @Beautifulcutie09, spaghetti squash is awesome to use instead of pasta. you can use it raw, or not cook it much so it stays firm. You need to cut it in half and scoop out all seeds. then - shred it with a fork - it will come apart in shreds. or, if you want to, cook it first - it shreds easier after cooking. but be careful, it doesn't take long to get mushy.

  • @Beautifulcutie09 you could more than likely do it with squash and cucumber

  • I've viewed this video about 20 times.

  • Thank you! I can't wait to try it.

  • can sun-dried tomatoes be considered "raw?" i mean, if i'm on a raw food diet, can i eat it?

  • @MegaSupaFine yes raw is when it does not get heated above a certain temperature, it doesn't mean you eat only cold, just-harvested food. look it up.

  • Fabulous! Now I know what I'm having for dinner!!!

  • yum

  • Awesome video. Thank you!

  • You know what?...I am a card-carrying member of the "Carnivor Club".....But this LOOKS GREAT!.......I am definitely going to try this and You have a new subscriber!

  • this what people eat in heaven

  • I want to make this now!!! Thanks!

  • i would try this!

  • We love zucchini pasta in our house. This is such a nice presentation. Thank syou

  • My God, this is so nice! It has so much more flavour. You can replace the sun dried tomatoes with pesto. If you do not have the spiral slicer, use a peeler, then cut the strips length ways to thin them out. Thanks so much for this!

  • I bet she rarely uses her stove...

  • Your video made me buy a spiral slicer for myself. Zucchini was soooo delicious raw and thinly sliced and with the tomato sauce =) This is my new favorite thing to eat. Thank you for the video

  • i used cooking dates instead of sundried tomatoes. and added dill.. so good!

  • Just did this today, very very tasty! I added a bunch if dried chilis because I like my food hot! lol. Thanks for the recipe!

  • Have to try that, looks yummy and healthy.

  • what's the tool she's using to make the angel hair pasta? I didn't quite catch that. Spiral...something?

  • I bought your book today and now I want your dvd as well as your other desserts book. Thanks I cannot wait to try this recepie!!
