Being able to audition was good for greg and the show. Even though he didn't win, he did redeem himself and make use of the second chance many idols around the world aspire for.  He came back stronger, he improved and it definately showed as he made the top 7 the year after. He'll probably get a good deal and have a good career.

i love Greg so much, and even Rocketman which the judges hated, and Ben promised never to mention it again, I thought was great!! Greg will always be amazing, no matter what!

oh and btw, Canadian Idol is the best Idol franchise in the world, they always are the first to do something (ie. instruments) and the American Idol producer has said that he often watches Canadian Idol to get ideas.
