Wow tell your friend he's an awesome composer and if his stuff ever comes out on CD I'm definitely buying it! As for you you've got the right sense of style for AMV making and the introduction of characters as the beginning was well played. And you're timing is great!

I do think you need to work on the placement of scenes at the body of the works though - the more powerful scenes need to go with the more louder chords in the music. Good ending by the way, could be more full though. Great job!

Yeah the video doesn't match all the time because youtube's sound is 0.5 sec earlier than the video. When I see this vid on my media player, then the video is almost perfect on the beat =)
