Excellent portrayal of human impact of the rate of earth changes happening not only there but worldwide. I wish these human stories would be shown in schools, churches and communities. We, and only we humans can take the saving action.

1mm/ year of sea level rise seems very little for resulting in such dramatic changes; more storms, and rivers more prone to flooding/surging [and to dwindling during dry times?] could lead to faster changes, it seems to me.

Also wonder re more salinity: is it "just" higher sea; or maybe indeed reduced dry season flows.

I was in Bangladesh Sundarbans in Oct; walked on a new island that was mostly sandy a decade ago, now has dense mangrove forest. So, a complex picture, and overall deterioration.

This is really, really excellent, high-quality work! I love the interweaving of scientists' and villagers' voices and the beautiful song. I want to show it to my students. But... one problem... my students speak a "non-standard" dialect of English, with a different accent from the speakers in the video. Due to limited life experience they struggle to understand "standard" English and unfamiliar (to them) accents. So...Would it be possible to subtitle the whole video? No disrespect intended!
