  • I knew I saw 5990 again somewhere! It's scrapped at Eastchester now. At least the back cover of the engine is off, I think I had a picture of it somewhere.

  • JFK depot pretty sure. Hybrids that are in the 3000s belong to MTA and hybrids in the 6000s-7000s belongto NYCT. Queens is like the only borough with local buses run by the MTA except for the B100 in brooklyn and something else.

  • True except the 7000 series aren't hybrids, they are CNG out of Queens and Brooklyn

  • Orion 07.501 Low Floor CNG #7560-7601, #7603-7659 are out of Jackie Gleason Bus Depot in Brooklyn. Orion 07.501 Low Floor CNG #7660-7819 are out of West Farms bus Depot in the Bronx. Queens does not have these buses. Orion 07.501 Low Floor CNG #7601 is scrapped pending due to an accident with a locomotive...yes a locomotive. Long story.

  • Orion 07.501 Low Floor Hybrid #3569 is out of JFK Depot. LaGuardia Depot has #3600-3649 and #3715-3748. NEVER had #3569.
