I think he forgot to explain, he's doing the "ng" exercise. You make the "ng" sound as in "sing".

Yeah, does anyone know WHY Jesse is no longer a BMA?! I was going to take lessons with him, then I saw that he's not in the coaches link. But since Jesse isn't a coach, I'm gonna go with Chris. He seems like a good coach too!
