I know I'm like, 3 years late with this, but when the guy was talking about destroying the fidelity I'm pretty sure he was talking about the sound quality in which case he would be right as youtube rapes the quality of pretty much any song, but especially the low level owl volumes which are ear-orgasm inducing with a nice pair of headphones and high quality rip /audiophile
I'm having trouble understanding how anyone could attempt to talk shit about TAC. Not only the most creative and inspirational compilation of music ever but how can you even try to give a bad review?
Listen to Step and Numbers, Sentence and Birds of Paradise. Some of the best 11-ish minutes of music I`ve ever heard. Each song flows so well into the next.
thanks for sharing sweetie, it is appreciated and I have almost everything they every did, I think someone must have sat on something he/she can't handle. they sound good to me no matter what

you obviously destroyed the fidelity, considering it's on youtube. the sound on youtube is abysmal, it doesn't even do the recording justice.
And of course I love the appleseed cast, they're easily my favorite band, and I'm all for sharing, but putting shitty quality MP3s over youtube isn't sharing; it's exploting. If you made a short film or music video to it, that's something i'd find more rewarding, as it adds your own (potential) artistic merit to the song.
whoah, protective fanboy much? yyoure a bitch mate, I'm in canada, and if it wasn't for videos like this, i would have never heard the Appleseed cast. Since i HAVE (thanks to youtube), I will buy their albums.
i'm pretty sure the guys from TAC would appreciate knowing that people are still enjoying what they made. wouldn't you? did i really destroy fidelity here?
all i know is i'm re-listening to my tribute post now and i don't regret my efforts to share with the public what should not go unheard.
these guys are so amazing and so underrated. you have to agree, practically no one knows these guys. even in indie circles. which is very unfortunate...
ha your right dude! spot on! I found out about them by accident. I also discovered pop unknown by accident too. They are now my two favorite bands!! thx for sharing.
First heard this album in 2004. I was immediately mesmerized. To this day it still draws me into a daydream.

I also wasn't suggesting that you, yourself should by the records, I was speaking in generality, and I apologize.
Appleseed Cast doesn't mind the sharing of their music (I pretty can regard that much as fact), but like I said, this isn't sharing.
I reported this for copyright enfrigngement, have a nice day, and sorry to come off as a cynical prick.

Why would you even bother destroying the fidelity of the song like this? Go out and buy the records, this is absolutely ridiculous.
comethursday 4 years ago
silly, of course i own the albums. where do you think i got the song?
what you see here is called sharing. sharing some good stuff with people who don't even know they exist.
if you don't like it, turn off your computer and go listen to your records.
