  • My god this thing is glorious. Saw one for the first time a few months ago and fell in love with it.

Unfortunately, if I thought owning a Ferrari was going to be hard... this will be... well...

  • @HFLanciaStratos That's why stealing it would be the perfect crime, nobody would guess a civilian would take it and land it in his own street then try to hide it under a tarp in his backyard. ;D

  • Tu160 blackjack. Faster, bigger warload than the B52, just bad ass. What capitalists and muslim separatists start, comminists finish. Us helped taliban in afg against soviet comrades in 1980s, then saw how grateful muslims are on 911. Hell, China warned you about Pearl Harbor. Victories ww2, Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Venezuela. Bring it on aristocrats and loyal serfs. Any time, any where!

  • @Bill1275w Nothing but a hanger queen.

Oh is it just a coincidence their MIG fighters all look similar to all the new United States F-series aircraft to come out since after WW2? At least the Germans and British can create their original advanced jet aircraft. They did not need to copy the United States like the Soviets did.

  • ....across the St. Louis riverfront and never punched through. It was a beauty to watch and I am still amazed at his ability. I'm sure that the higher-ups at McDonnell Douglas (who sponsored the airshow) made sure the Air Force had a bit of a talk with him....

  • The biggest thrill I got was watching a B1B doing a high speed flyby at the airshow in downtown St. Louis one 4th of July. We saw him coming in from the south and then suddenly saw a cloud form around his nose. It slowly worked its way down the plane until it stopped right around the front of his wings. My buddy and I who were there covered our ears (he had served on a carrier in the navy) because we were sure he was going to punch through. We just watched in disbelief as he rode that wave..

  • nothing on the Russian tu160 blackjack

  • @Bill1275w Numbers, current use, and overall badassness. Who gives a shit if its not Mach 2. Missiles would own either one either way.

  • @Bill1275w there basically the same thin, russia copied the us

  • I SAY BRING HER BACK TO JONES BEACH 2011!!!!! i jus started goin to the air shows at jones back in 08 to i was 1 yr late lol

  • JoeVetteman a real hero... I only wish I had chosen that path... all be it my interest was in the navy but nonetheless thanks for keeping our skies safe and our country as well.

You and the other vets like yourself are the true brave that I pledge allegiance to

  • Nice vid...brings back memories..

  • Just like the song, this thing is bad to the bone...

  • I was there... loved every second of it... brought chills to my entire body. I remember the PA announcement... bad to the bone and the man saying listen to the sounds of freedom... The next day fraud hack Newsday posted an editorial from some left wing soccer mom who said she didn't want her son to be exposed to a glorification of war and destruction... well lady I say F U.... w/o this bomber and others like it you couldnt write your left wing liberal drab in this country...

  • @pmprs11 Well, you're both idiots. you're a fascist and she's over prissy dumbass

  • @IpcressF OK Genius here is the definition of facist A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

I'm none of that I'm just pointing out her left wing BS fails to take into account the uniformed soldiers who allow her to state her stupid mind... and she shouldnt be so ignorant as to why we are the USA

  • @pmprs11 WOW!! As an Air Force veteran,I thank you for telling it like it is.....libs will never understand it's people who serve, and the weapons they employ, who make sure they have the absolute freedom to come out of the woodwork will all their bilge....very well said.....

  • @pmprs11 It takes two to tango...

  • @my235 You copied Geico!!! Haha

  • @my235 Which part are we referring to.. I know I had ranted and kinda blew up at the previous moron but I don't know what you are referring to

  • @pmprs11 USA, USA!

  • I nearly had an orgasm during that low speed overhead pass.

  • Awesome!!! b1 baby!!! 5*

  • LOL!

  • I should have joined the air force. fck

  • like 98% of usaf doesn't fly, that being said it's a great service to join! I have a couple of friends that did USAF they both say they wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

  • @fastblasterxxx no way, Naval aviator or nothing.

  • @livinlvis Thats true they have a stressful landing every time.

  • also the b1b works and the tu-160 is a hanger queen

  • Blackjack bomber maiden flight 1981

    B1 bomber maiden flight 1974

  • B-1A Maiden Flight: Dec. 23, 1974

B-1A Project Cancelled by President Carter: Jun 30, 1977

B-1B Project Re-instated by President Reagan: Early 1980's

    B-1B Maiden Flight: Oct 1984

There are big differences between the B-1A and B-1B. The B-1B has stealthy features and a larger max takeoff load among other things.

  • @Jumpshot724

Hate to say it but you can't count the B-1A here unless you count the TU-22 Blinder (1958) with the TU-160....

The B-1B is not a simply "updated" model of the B-1A. It's a whole new airplane and other than airframe and designation they share nothing

  • i wasthere and i gotta tell ya that shit was fuckin lowd. i had to cova my ears. but it was a lot lowder than tha video

  • My understanding is, from pilots that have flown both, the B-1B feels like a heavy F-4. A roll might not be out of the question; however, it did not appear to be so in this vid.

  • Rolls have been done on the climbouts before at airshows but not in this video. Looks to be a 30 degree overbank. Remark about the F-4 is interesting. I thought ALL F-4's were heavy...long live the Double Ugly!

  • What a badass beauty. Just like my beloved B-52 Stratofortress:))))

  • The weather was bad that day :(

  • coolest plane in the planet. such a bad ass machine. does anyone know where i can find pics of the new b-1r? it's going to be the newest model of the b-1b. p.s. i don't think it rolled. just a very high banked turn very awesome tho.

  • Youre mom is such a bad machine...

  • search tupolev tu160 its like this but like huger

    heaviest bomber in the world

  • What an idiotic statement. The Tu-160 Blackjack is a DIRECT copy of the Rockwell Lancer. It was produced AFTER the B1-B because Russia can never come up with anything on it's own, they need to get their ideas from us. Also, the heaviest bomber in the world is the USAF Boeing B-52H Stratofortress... Not some Russian piece of junk.

  • ur wrong look it up moron

  • yea ok, u think i didnt look anything up when i wrote this....."moron" btw, i know that the b-1 was first to fly, but it wasnt exactly made first. They are both good planes in their ways (bieng ignorent dsnt make either of them better).

  • @MiddleFingerSaysHi The Russians have been copying Europe and the United States for over 65 years now. At least the Chinese,Babylonians,Romans, and Others were original enough to invent almost everything in the World thousands of years ago.

Even their Marxism and Soviet Socialism they adopted was invented by a German

  • Yet built after the B-1. Russians love to copy our technology.

  • The Russian Tu-160 is bigger & heavier, BUT the B-1B Lancer can carry SIGNIFICANTLY more payload than the Tu-160.

    max payload (internal + external)

    B-1B - 135,000 lbs

    Tu-160 - 88,000 lbs

  • The B-1R is a concept, not even close to production. As far as I know though it hasn't been cancelled....yet.

  • Bad

    Ass

    Period

  • thats amazing a supersonic 146ft long bomber

  • great hand held acquisition and tracking

  • It doesn't appear to roll. I've been wondering if inverted flight is prohibited in the B-1B as it is in other military aircraft, like the EA-6B. I've never seen a video of a B-1B inverted.

  • Yea, we can fly inverted but we are prohibited from doing 360 degree rolls by regulation. The airplane can do it and we used to do it all the time before the regulations changed.

  • Gotta call BS on that one. Not the regs, but you. South Korean B-1B "WSO"? Maybe if you changed it to OSO/DSO or AC/CP. BTW, there are no bones in South Korea. Osan or Kunsan. Nice try though.

  • I'm currently an exchange officer with the ROKAF, thank you very much (and I have 1300+ hours B-1 time). No BS involved. And since we fly both the OSO and DSO positions, we call ourselves WSOs (it's even in the tech orders as such). If you've never heard that navigators in the B-1 are called WSOs, then you don't know anything about the Bone. Next time, think before you post.

  • When are you due back at the school house for requal?

  • haha pane - you suck. we don't always stay in B-1 squadrons the whole career. You can call BS on your AF knowledge - been doing both positions for 15+ years.

BTW, reg lifted on inverted flight.

  • The one in my video goes inverted.

  • Dude, I was there saturday of last year and it didn't go inverted for even a millisecond.

  • Please get your facts straight. The EA-6B can go inverted. I have seen them do rolls after a high speed flyby on numerous occasions.

  • Comment removed

  • WTF, no it didn't! I was there last year and the B-1 did the same as in this video.

  • Nice vid... 2007 was a GREAT show, B-1 hi speed flyover was the highlight of the day. GROUND SHAKING POWER, 4 afterburners, thats POWER!!

did you catch the Lancaster with the WWII birds?

  • Wait for it... Wait for it.... ROARRRRRRR! Awesome.

  • i love b1bs, they are so scary looking when they are coming at you. i would sure hate to be americas enemy.

  • Yes..in Russia we have beegur and bettur plane den puny Amerrikun planez. Typical Russian pissing contest. The B-1 is an awesome jet and because of the avionics, technological advantage and very real & professional USAF warriors that fly and maintain them, it is able to place a very large precision guided bomb into your vodka shot glass.

  • What is the blackjack if not a copy of the B-1A??? Some Russian aircraft tend to look amazingly 'similar' to American aircraft...

  • Amazing plane. Can't wait to work with them. It actually doesn't look like they roll the plane, but it's very difficult to be absolutely certain. Wonderful demonstration regardless!

  • i was in the front row hammered drunk

  • this is the fast airplane.

  • iwas there...i saw this..i got it on my fone...the best air show, thunderbirds and all

  • i love that thing :) pure power

  • That is the sound of Freedom!

  • that's one awesome and LOUD plane, i love it
