Well for one it wasn't soft in any outer spots along his cheek for an easy lancing, he had so a lot of infection and they didn't want to put him under. It was still small enough though, to be managed with antibiotics. Which was proven thankfully, he is 100% better and now gaining a tiny bit of weight back. =^.^=
Why didn't it need to be lanced?
