  • @Artanalbo actually you can. there is this thing called muscle memory. its when when your body gets conditioned to doing one thing all the time. that can limit your growth, but if you dont give your muscles time to get comfortable to a routine then you get a better results.

  • @JericoAquino deadlifts are a lower back workout. lower back and upper back aren't linked in any way, the movements are COMPLETELY different, allowing you to isolate them and treat them as totally different groups

  • Well one way to see if swinging the weight or not is more/less effective is try both ways and see which one gives you more size after. I'd take my bet with holding the movement and keeping your back steady. During bench press, I now keep the weight at my chest for 1 second before I put it back up. I do less weight but my chest is a lot bigger than ever before.

  • You guys have no idea who you are fuking with i guess. Rich is one of the best bodybuilders ever. He is like the pinnacle of what someone could only dream of becoming. I would sure like to be there when you ask him about his eyebrows. hahaha.

  • The older guy with the eyebrows is probably one of the best bodybuilders of his time..Rich Gaspari. Check out his old vids and you will probably agree.

  • @LOUSTON57 Agree. Gaspari supplements are also excellent. I use superpump and its great stuff. I made some great gains. I cycle it on and off.

    I have always thought Rich was a top bodybuilder.

  • Straight Bar Pushdowns are great for your lats. I love them. Dennis Wolf's last exercise on a shoulder day is this one.
