SvR 2008 was easily the worst of the series.

HCTP was the best. Best roster with Goldberg, Brock, Austin, Rock, HHH, HBK, RVD, Y2J, Taker, Kane, Angel, Benoit, Bret Hart, Booker T, Nash and others. SVR 2006 was good too.

The new smackdown/Raw games cant hold a single fucking candle to the oldies. It went down hill after the Raw2/Smackdown shut your mouth era. Hell the games were special and not re-released over and over with a new year stuck on it. The nighties were probably the greatest decade in gaming, most were on par with the few greats of today. I wish we could get the developers of the 90's WWF games back...And change the name back to WWF, its just more badass.

I wish wwe would create another game where you can make different decisions and choices every week to determine which path you'll go to. And I wish you can use all your created wrestlers in story mode to feud with them. :/ I don't think they'll ever be a better game than Here Comes The Pain.

Yea, the older games were better, you could even press in a code to attack someone after the match and you had more match selections for all of the wrestlers, im so mad that my other games dont work anymore because i had them all!

hey hey hey, nothing is wrong with losing to Jeff Hardy, Jeff Hardy was in the WWF around the same time Triple H was, he just hadn't debuted yet lol, But Cena now you've got a point there lol. The Smackdown vs Raw series aren't that good campaired to the other ones. They keep eliminating things that you can do the game, like on 2010, you cant download music for your caws you have to just use the music that son the game. THAT SUCKS!

Smackdown was the first great wrestling game, too bad that only thing really evolving in these games are graphics. It is pretty dull to play SD vs RAW 2009 and still at the end of the day you feel like playing the first SD game only with a smaller roster.
