Rubbish american.Just throw some dirt down and mix in some seed.Done. And as for mixing in sand,no,thats what a child would do.Sand is from beachs,you dont get lawns on beachs.

@rastan1977 Hi rastan. Sand has a wonderful function when reseeding. It keeps the topsoil mixed with the seed aerated so that when it's watered by either man or nature, it wont pack down like clay. Also, it's a bare patch - not a whole lawn. Besides, I highly doubt Bill would have successfully run this business for 34 years if everyone ended up with a beach for a lawn.

It sounds like you really don't like Americans, rastan. "Rubbish bloke" would have sufficed otherwise, but that's okay.
