I might need 2 dehydrators this year !!good old Bunny poo !!
Hi Patti, your videos are simply amazing! Thanks for sharing this video. I just noticed that you only used fluorescent lights, does that mean that this setup is only intended for growing seedlings? So another setup should be used for the vegetative and flowering stages?
Patti is awesome... I am grpwing TickleMe Plants with my kids. They love watching the leaves suddenly close and even the branches droop when you Tickle It!
Just google TickleMe Plant. It is easy to grow and is one amazing animated plant!
You are AWESOME! I loved and enjoyed this video. I want to definatley try this ....on a smaller scale of course! lol! I'm a beginner and your videos are very helpful. Keep them coming ........please!
Hi Patti, great video, can't wait to get my seedlings started. Please tell us where your Mom got the clamshell containers, we would all like to purchase some.
I think I will go ahead and start my Cucumbers also. I just planted potatos today in my garden. It is so good to be back in the garden and expanding it.
I love this vid. I am so envious of your indoor garden. Mine failed horribly. I turned off the grow lights, gave myself a week, and then I'll start again. I'm starting mine on my south east sun porch like yours, but it certainly didn't look nice like yours. Maybe I'll go back over it today. You inspired me!
I have a similar set up. last year the neighbours called the cops on me and said I had a grow opp going on in my house. My set up cost me 200.00 canadian which is about the same cost. but I used a metal stand instead of wood.
@GardenGirltv Hi I"m new to this and was wondering what I should do, I live in the city and don't have any outdoor space for a garden, do you think this Indoor gardening would be the solution for me?
@earthwayexperience Aquaponics PLUS a food forest - we can feed the world! And I use the term "food forest" as a quiet little protest against the copyright of the term "permaculture." It is ridiculous to pretend a gardening technique that is thousands of years old is a patentable thing, and this knowledge deserves freely shared. But, what we call it matters very little, as long as we can call our neighbors to dinner! lol!
As an Organic farmer I commend you! You are doing great things here I wish more people followed your foot steps. Might I recommend Alfalfa or Canola meal instead of dung.
Patti you should get a reverse osmosis water filter for you house let alone your garden. That cuts out a bunch of chlorine , I am not sure about hte floride though but an ounce of prevention is ....
nice ass baby let's have a fuck later ok man?

Are the lights cool white or are you using a cool and warm mix?
lkbkr103 2 years ago
The lights she's using are 5000k. They're on the blue end of the spectrum and are better for seedlings or vegetative stages.
3000k and lower go from white to red which is better for flowering or fruit.

Very cool potting mixture Patti! Very similar to what I use. Seedlings grow like mad in it. Now all you need is a peacock or two! :)

Nice show, there is a lot more planting than I though.
I have learned now why some of my seedlings I tried last year did not grow.
I think I will specialize in growing and canning two things, tomatoes and strawberries.
