Inspired/Shocked by what Jamey did to himself, I'd given a presentation on gay bashing in class. I wanted to honor him and tell people that it doesn't matter who you are. Jamey could still be alive if he had a REAL support group, one with real people that he could talk to, hug, cry with. It wasn't just the bullying, it was the fact that he was isolated, living in a world of fantasy. In the end, when he was terrified and decided to do this, no one was there, Mother Monster wasn't there, we weren't there. Depressed teens need REAL help, REAL people

Jamey's been my best friend since 5th grade. I miss him so much every day but I know no one bullies him where he is

I do feel sorry for that kid however if he was being bullied the simplest option would have been to inform people about this or even in the worst case scenario where everything else has failed would have been to move to a different school these things happen and no matter how many people wish bullying did not happen this will be something that will always be think if this was not in human nature then this bullying would never exist look at the animal kingdom as an example these things happen

This reminds me of a girl who lived in my area killed herself by throwing herself in front of a train because she was bullied and didn't have many friends she had one friend according to the people who went to her school, I didn't know her personally but a few of my friends did. What pissed me off most about it, someone made a fake facebook profile the day after her death with a picture of her and writing that said "RIP Natasha, you spoiled, ugly, cunt" I wanted to kill them!
