I heard that putting a little bit (a pinch) of baking soda with toothpaste every other day is a good one.

Or there is the new arm and hammer whitening toothpaste which is basically what I mentioned, but premixed and that you can use every day.

I use the Crest whitening strips and I agree with you. They work well and make my teeth white but they are messy and slide all over the place
