For the Frog the Bell Tolls recently received an English fan translation. One of the main characters, "Richard", is the very same Richard from Link's Awakening whose house is full of frogs.

love everything about this easter egg/secret. nintendo are better than microsoft and sony because they not only create their own hardware, but also their own software and series as a whole. you can tell that there is still a huge amount of passion and love of games at the heart of what the company does, where as competitors are just trying to make as much money as possible. nintendo knocked one out of the park AGAIN at E3 this year, and god am i happy they did.
