  • There is a necessity of justification of the wife's actions and beliefs that never happens. Cheating is implied (on his part), but never confirmed. The rest of her opinions of her station in life could be entirely contrived. In the end, the only thing he's really guilty of is being a bit oversexed toward his wife (w/ a few kinks that borderline on creepy)& perhaps taking his family for granted. Her project is really only a testament to her own passive aggression (and possible schizoid disorder)

  • This film has one redeeming feature. Crazy lady takes off her panties at the end. Maybe worth waiting for maybe not. I leave it to your dear viewer.

  • this film got to me lol it pissed me off like if i was the guy lol felt like it wa happening to me lol

  • @cagonesss

I think that is a good thing! Being able to put yourself in the shoes of the character shows how good the movie was and how relatable the movie is. I think those are the best movies...those that you don't expect and that make you feel uncomfortable and make you feel like it's happening to you!

  • @shadimirza yes i cannot deny its a great film and i think there is women who wish they can do that kind of revenge to their mean and bad husbands who treat them like a thing of sex only.but anyway i have never seen a film like this before ,its good.made me feel weird but good

  • Just returning to say I really liked the film. Well reviewed :)

  • @discjunkietv

Thank you so much for the kind compliment! I'm also really glad you liked Alexandra's Project. We're still making cucumber jokes to this day. I've also started wearing skirts because of the warm weather, and of course Shadi is joking about that as well. :D Sorry it took me so long to reply to your comment. Shadi doesn't let me know if someone comments, and we haven't been online much this week.

  • @shadimirza No problem Kat. :)

  • @discjunkietv

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it!

  • I stumbled upon this review while browsing trailers for this film. I havn't seen the film yet but I'm planning to hunt for the australian special edition being such a release-geek. I really enjoyed your review and you make a really cute couple - it's very rare to see couples reviewing movies in this way; I mean, it feels very common to have one person talking all the time and one just being in the background but you play off eachother very casual and make a good reviewing-team that way.

  • @discjunkietv Obviously the husband didn't like her for sex only as he displayed the fact that he obviously loved her in his reaction to her horrible video. He was moderately insensitive at best and since she never vocalized any of her complaints how was he to know that he was mistreating her? Some women are really into sex and don't mind that kind of thing, in fact they wish their husbands still found them as attractive as he did. Overall a man hating piece of garbage film

  • @dubified89 I agree, though as it was directed and produced by a man, I wouldn't go with "man-hating". It's too bad the story ends at her leaving him because there's no way she would get away with that. Passports involve a lot of paperwork, fingerprints and leave a trail. He could easily divorce her in absentia and if he tracked her down, he'd almost for certain get his kids back, given the nice little piece of evidence she left behind for him. I would sue the crap out of the neighbor.
