If they can go back and review one second on an incomplete pass (remember "1 SECOND" rolled off the clock...1 SECOND) then they should go back and review every incomplete pass. Watch every game where there is an incomplete pass and you'll find that 2-3 seconds generally roll off the clock. Horn fans...you'd be pissed too if this happened to you guys. Who cares anyways. Rule #23 for the instant replay officialls, the clock can be only change only for a change of possion, or the spot of the ball. They can not, I repeat, can not review only the clock, that rule was made when replay was introduced, so there for the officials screwed up big time. But in a way, didn't matter, we whipped the shit out of Arizona in the Holiday bowl while Texas got their asses kicked by Alabama. 1st of all it's a nokia e71 smart phone and the answer to your question is no. i recorded the last play for a friend. losing money on a game is a lot more fun when it's not you losing it.

When the ball is thrown incomplete a second or two comes off extra..... always has always will....
this play is no different .... you do not run a PA rollout then throw a soft floater out of bounds with one second left.....
UT deserves this loss and everyone knows that they just got a handout
BTW the ball is not ruled dead until touches the ground so with 1.0 seconds left no ref in the world has that kind of reaction speed

that is not entirely true. the clock keeps running until the ball hits an object. And the ball hit the ground when the clock read 0:00 so in essence the Big XII plays favorites and Texas will get their ass kicked in the National Title game
