  • my shoulders are both emaciated. great exercise, thanks for sharing!

  • been doing these moves that i learned watching your videos for about 3 weeks and my shoulder pain that has been bothering me for over 4 months has disappeared!great video, thanks a million!!!

  • @010steveo Thanks for the feedback!

  • I understand this trains a certain pattern, but what muscles specifically does it activate? Lower traps, serratus?

  • @NPFfumbi Thank you for the question. The goal is overall synchronization between all the scapular muscles. More specifically, this pattern is designed specifically to activate the serratus anterior and lower trapezius as you have suggested. Take care.

  • @fitnessseminars Thanks for the reply. My back looks pretty much like your client here's back. I'm stuck in downward rotation/anterior tilt. Tight pec minor, rhomboids and dominant upper trap. I tried doing the wall version of this exercise and found it very difficult. I really commend your efforts.

  • @NPFfumbi Thanks for watching our videos and glad you found the information useful. We will have additional resources for you and scapular control in the near future

  • thanks Doc, I think I've GOT it! :)

  • Interesting, thanks for the contribution!

  • Nice video - thanks
