I know this is an old video, but is there any way to get full widescreen.

Because when I choose 16:9 on WMM, when it uploads it to youtube, it has two black bars on each side, it's a bit wider, but not the full WS I want.

Your video can only be as good as the source video allows it. For example if it was saved/captured in 320 X 240 it will not get better quality if converted to a higher resolution, e.g 640 X 480. Otherwise the video will be digital zoom, thus pixelation will happen. Hope this helps.
