you are my idol im 17 and have been drawing since third grade and your work is just amazing watching your youtube videos have inspired me to become a better artist and start drawing fantasy. i cant stop drawing it now lol its fun to put down on paper whatever comes to mind i was into realism which is great but fantasy is so much more fun i look foward to watching more of your videos please post more soon :)

I'm not the first to say this, (obviously) and certainly not the last, but you are an amazing artist! I'm 13, and like someone else who posted, am hoping to write a fantasy novel. Would you mind if I used the dragons in your art for the dragons in the book?(Certainly, i wouldn't just put a Valkrye on a gold dragon and say it was my idea) I only mean that the images have given my base ideas to a possible story.

Wow, amazing art and a realy good contribute to dragons :). Only one question if i may: What did you use to color the paintings/drawings? I decided to try and make some color paintings/drawings to break the black-white monotony and am interested what "tools" were used for this pictures as the colors look just like I would like them. Thank you.

I use liquitex acrylic and comart airbrush dyes for most of my color work. I use the acrylics for the base and opaque work and the dyes when I create the mists or a fade effect such as in the backgrounds.

Amazing! How long does each dragon with, and without colour take you on average?

Hi,

Some drawings can take longer than an equal size painting. This is becasue where one brush stroke can fil an entire 3" area, the fine tip of a pencil can be quite laborious. I have created some of these paintings in as short as 3 hrs and drawings in 45 min or less, and others well over 140 hrs for the color and 14 hrs for the B/W.
