  • fucking goosebumps !!!!

  • Yea go Rebel old lady's

  • I don't understand why they wouldn't include this and When The Tigers Broke Free in the recently remastered edition.

  • @yourenothopeless It might be on the Immersion Edition.

  • @MatheusBond i looked but the track listing doesn't have it, very disappointing :/

  • I fuckin´watched this masterpiece in VHS back in early 90´s and it keeps transmiting their art bravely and confidently...

  • WHY IS THIS SONG NOT ON THE ACTUAL ALBUM!??!?!?!?

  • @ibical It's because the song was too long

  • I know right!

  • @ibical

It was to long, I think.

I know, it fucking sucks. >:l Why couldn't they add an extra 2 minutes. //sobforever

  • @ibical

There were specific time restraints on the vinyl format, therefore they kept 'Empty Spaces' and segues into 'Young Lust' instead. It's funny that these days a band like The Flaming Lips can release a six-hour-long 'song'. How times have changed.

  • @ibical There is a limited space on a vinyl album.

  • @ibical It was added for the movie

  • @NathanLucas5 Sorry but no...

"It was originally intended to be on their 1979 album The Wall, and appeared in demo versions of The Wall, but was omitted due to the time restraints of the vinyl format. In its place is a much shorter song, titled "Empty Spaces", which segues directly into "Young Lust". This was a last-minute decision; the album's sleeve notes still feature the song in its track listing, and include its lyrics."

  • @ibical sku bi du bi

  • @ibical it was actually because it didnt fit on the viynl...i wish it was on the album tho :V

  • My favorite part in this movie, the flower thing is awesome

  • so is it called what shall we do now or empty spaces?

  • @darkbat657 Empty Spaces is the short version of the song that's on the album, the full length one was cut because there wasn't enough time left on the vinyl. A shame really because it's a awesome song.

  • @ gordonwasted ... Right on, yo!.. dope lyrics.. thanks for posting this!
