Different line up is not the reason why GnR sucks now. Look at Metallica: they suck as hell with their new stuff, but the line up is the same as in the first album (except the bassist). The people just get old and loose the toutch

buckethead has alot of soul, if you've actually given his work a decent listen, check out soothsayer or nottingham lace, or anything that hasn't seen alot of public attention from him, oddly enough, and you'll see that's where his more tasteful music resides. people, just because he can play fast and shred doesn't mean he has no soul in his playing, i would say his speed only serves to enhance the emotional quality of his work.
