In Troy Davis case witnesses withdrew statements and DNA testing proved it was not him.

This is not right at all. I completely disagree with their decision. It doesn't matter if he was white, black, Hispanic, Asian, etc.. He was a human like you and me. He felt just like everyone else, he had a family that loved him and needed him. But because of this decision a possible innocent man's life was taken away.
