From the first film, the credits have this one as the "female cenobite." After reading up on some trivia, I guess she was a nun in her prior life, but one with a lot of sexual proclivities. Someone said she "deep throated," per the old porno film, and the open throat is her retribution for that. In the first one, she is portrayed by Grace Kirby, in the second, the actress was Barbie wilde. The Kirby version (here in this at :22) COMPLETELY freaks me out.
