What did you use on top the espresso? was it milk or cream? and If its milk is it whole fat or another type of milk? same for the cream did you use heavy or light? Last question (maybe ;P)What machine did you use to produce the foamy milk or cream because I learned the steaming and free pouring methods(although I haven't even put it into practice -.-') but I like this method and like to try it to!

you are really creative and put a lot of time into the coffee; the coffee become an art work... 1) many comments point out that u take too long time to do it - but as someone who love art and coffee; time is not the real problem. 2) the real problem is the temperature of the coffee... try to find a way to keep the temperature when you are making the art... :) add oil

Espero ayudarte; a simple vista diría que se trata de nata (hierve leche y extráela como hacen aquí, así estará bien espumosa) y los dibujos sobre la nata con caramelo y siropes (como los que se añaden a gofres, helados y batidos).

En otros sitios lo hacen con café y agregando con cuidado la leche.

A simple vista diría que es nata de la leche (hirviéndola sale, es muy espumosita), caramelo y siropes (de esos que se añaden en gofres, helados, crêpes...).

En otros sitios lo he visto hacer con café al que se añade la leche con mucho cuidado, consiguiendo tonos más oscuros con chocolate.
