Respect,respect,respect - I have had some close calls,when it comes to bears and cougars.It is very exciting and heart pounding to have survived a close encounter.I've never been mauled,thank goodness.I know of people who shoot bears and refer to the experience as exciting - makes you wonder about humanity.I applaud anyone with the courage to become one with nature,to embrace its wilderness and beauty.Without wanting to damage or destroy that,that they cannot have or take with them or own...

Bears are neither demons or cuddly critters. They are God's creatures and hunt and do what they do naturally. It's up to thinking humans to avoid making mistakes, not the bear.

Grizzlys do not like us, Very Happy Jim survived but....we all should not believe we can mingle with wild animals,that`s crazy, they will hurt us and they will eat us, we are on their foodchain now, and WE made that happen, to think that a Grizzly will respect our space, NO WAY! We are in their face, HAVE RESPECT FOR ALL WILD ANIMALS! (remember, the Bearman was Eaten along with his Girlfriend , terribly sad:(
