  • thanx man but after i finish the second workout that i begin from week 6 and i rest another 10 days then what i start always from week 6 ?

  • hey man after 8 weeks i rest 10 days then i begin from week 4 and increase reps after i do that do i always begin from week 4

  • @malekkarate You can start from week 6,then 8,then start add reps if you continue to use them.You don't want you body to get used to the workouts,keep pushing yourself.

  • @leonss10 do the dashes (-) in the sets spot mean that u dont do that exercise that week?

  • @camerencastro20 I didn't.I would always do Sprints,Dunk a little,& then do the Jumpsoles.Try it out man.

  • @camerencastro20 yeah week 10 i saw some really nice gains.

  • @camerencastro20 just make sure you get 2 days of rest between workouts.

  • Is it good of adding procieptors on pretty much all of my jumpsoles workouts?

  • @BogdanBogachev Have you been doing it?i havn't used them at all.I would say to use them on like the squat lunges and step ups,but that's just me.

  • thats nice to hear...i forgot to mention earlier...i notice i improve my leg strength as far as running and quickness the only one that im waiting for now is the main result which is vertical jump improvement...i will email u back after i finish week 8 and 10..thanks for the reply

  • does it really works though..i just finish 3 weeks..im on 4th week now starting tuesday...do i see result atleast a little after 4th week?

  • @lakayken8yupp week 4 you will notice some gains.2 weeks after the 8 week program is when you will definitely see the gains,so week 10 expect to be alot stronger,faster,and jump higher

  • @lakayken8 depends your strength. is you max effort jump already hitting 30 inches? btw they are gimmicks. you need to do serious approach in weights and nutrition.
