But this too was copycat legislation, the language having been lifted from RICO, the child of Bobby Kennedy. Kerry's role was in outlining the expedient of adopting the RICO/WOD legislation and replacing 'Mafia Don' or 'Drug Kingpin' with 'Terrorist'. The 'nuts and bolts' of the language was written by Mr Viet, as you noted

He was absolutely BRUTAL in his criticism of the G.W. Bush administration from 9/11 onward. He broke Bill O'Reilly's balls EVERY TIME he was invited on (many, many times; at least 20). Made O'Reilly look like a bumbling fool every time. Ironic he is now on FBN opposite O'Reilly.

Julian Assange grew up in country Queensland, Australia, where he says people speak outright and true. He said in an interview that he likes "smashing bastards".
