what a joke i have been playin for less than 2 years and i can play like that and know alot about music theory,its not how hard u play its how hard u want it, i learned the minor scale the first day i started learning guitar in 30 seconds some people learn faster than others and have a faster muscle memory than others so lay off of him not everybody on utube is a complete arse like others and lie to make themselfs feel good, let go of the ego and pick up the guitar

You're wrong broseph. I can believe he's only been playing 2 years takes a lot of practice, at the minimum 5 hours a day, but you can be that good. He probably got in the mind set of well instead of hanging out with my friends and partying i rather play guitar..... its all about mindset and how often you practice...

Anyway, hes bragging that he learned all this in two years without teachers. So hes figured everything out himself. Just learning the basic open chords takes a while, especially barchords. Its just fysiology; musclebuilding in the hands, fingermuscle memory, getting the hard stuff on ur fingers. This all has to be developed. Then he has to figure out how to play higher on the neck, hammer ons, pull offs, bends; all the fancy stuff. No way hes done it on his own in 2 years.

idk man, i took like 3-4 lessons and was taught only Music Theory, practice my scales every day going up and down the neck, then doing an exercise to help my hammer-ons, pull-offs and played on average like 5 hours a day, after about 2 months from the initial start, i was able to play a lot of intermediate songs

But i practiced more like 5 hours a week. I dont know where ppl find the time to play 5 hours a day. Dont u have jobs or school? :)

well even if you're in school or have a job, theres still 5 hours to play. Even if you're in high school you got 7 hours, from 8-3, then you get home at like 3:30, then go to work at 5 thats 1.5 hours, then you get home from work at 9 and you know you'll be up for another 2-3 hours, so there ya go :). Idk i didn't have a g/f and instead of hanging out with my friends I played guitar or hung out with my friends who knew how to play instruments.
