Say whatever you like, consider me crazy, but I think Crysis actually is a very good game even if you can't run it at it's best. Sure, storytelling could have been better, but from my point of view it was just fine. Beats Halo 2, for sure.

- GTX 285 1GB Dedicated

- 750w PSU

That would cost a lot. And 9 GB of RAM is way too much unless you're very heavy with multi-tasking and serious video editing, like professionally. Go with 4 to 6 GB of RAM. Also wait awhile to get a Radeon 5850 or wait for Nvidia's new series to come out. They'll be out in less than 3 months. All using DirectX 11, while the card you mention can't. Just be patient and save up. :)

Ditch the i7 950 and get the i7 920. You're going to save hundreds of dollars, and if you overclock your i7 920 near 4.0 GHz, you'll have better performance.

I was going to purchase the i7 950 myself, but I decided that I will be overclocking my CPU, and save hundreds of dollars. Makes sense.

Use that money to buy a great graphics card, perhaps get two GTX 285's.

you should better get some less RAM becuz it costs alot and 9 gb of it ? you dont even use half.. so wiht 6 gb it would be 1500+-

Dude, from my experience, the cloak is pointless against alians. They can see you always, so just use armor mode.

from my experience, if you're in cloak directly in front of them, they still can't see you. Cloak does work.

Hmm ok. Cool. I found that they usually knew where you where even if you were cloaked.
