I understand what he said at the end of the video. I can look at my feelings from somewhere "outside". I can perceive the emotion as temporary. I become a kind of observer of my own feelings. But I don't feel myself as not being there. I just can notice that there is something going on emotionally and at the same time I can notice that somewhere else on me it's nothing going on. It's all quiet.

no, ideasforfeeling. it's the opposite of controlling everything. it's seeing that there's nobody here to control everything. i think jeff is very clear about this. it's the END of thinking you're god. it's the end of control, and the beginning of unconditional love-- for no-one.

Just a good laugh is enough!...to laugh about the futility of this seeking game,to laugh about the stupidity of trying to end the "I",of trying to accept or to be more present...at one point it is seen that really no one is in control of any of that,that the simpliest thought is already out of control...so if there is the appearance of someone in control ,that's just the way it is,and when it is seen it is very funny,even funny in the heaviness of that!...what a joke isn't it?!:)
